Want to commit to a class for both and track your progress?
We’ve designed a new product, which combines a weekly pilates core circuit class in-town at Central Lakes Physio, with a 4 hour on-hill ski lesson at Treble Cone. The instructors will exchange information about what you need to work on in class and on hill.
We need 5 people to make it happen, the ski lessons are flexible in times, days and skills learnt and run for either 3 or 5 weeks, with a 4 hour lesson session a week. The pilates class will probably be on a Tuesday evening at 7.25pm for 1 hour, but there are other day time options that you could join in, but they won’t be a specialised Mission WOW class.
The pilates core class would aim to start on Tues 9 July and then the ski technique sessions a couple of weeks later around the week of 22 July or possibly the week after.
Cost: this doesn’t include a lift pass
